This Production Management short course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of effective production management in various industries. It covers key concepts, strategies, and tools necessary to optimise production processes and maximise efficiency.

Covers production management techniques and its relationship to other business functions. Introduction of practical tools to measure performance, determine throughput, improve productivity, and optimise capacity with the aim to reduce operating cost and thereby improve profits through effective control and risk management.

• The pass mark is set at 50%.
