Target Audience
Employees who want to move into a marketing direction.
Members of any organisation who want to understand how marketing can benefit their
organisation and how to apply sound marketing principles.
Entrepreneurs and aspirant entrepreneurs.
Course Structure
To give participants an overview of the marketing management process.
To expose them to the marketing way of thinking.
To equip them with sound hands-on marketing principles, which can be applied, in their
working lives.The course consists of the following six modules:
1. Introduction (1 lecture)
2. Situation analysis (2 lectures)
3. Marketing objectives (1 lecture)
4. Target markets (2 lectures)
5. The marketing mix (8 lectures)
6. Implementation and control (1 lecture)
Assessment and Certification
A two-hour examination will be written at the end of the course. A certificate will be awarded to participants achieving a minimum pass mark of 50%.
