Persons who are directly responsible for the establishment and the maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System. This includes quality managers, quality inspectors, quality control personnel, quality assurance personnel, laboratory technicians, supervisors and team leaders.

Participants will continuously be assessed by means of tests and/or assignments, etc. A Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) Certificate of Competence will be awarded to successful participants.
