Target Audience
This course is applicable to all industries in both manufacturing and service delivery. Persons who are directly responsible for the establishment and the maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System. This includes quality managers, quality inspectors, quality control personnel, quality assurance personnel, laboratory technicians, supervisors and team leaders.

Participants will continuously be assessed by means of tests and/or assignments, etc. A Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) Certificate of Competence will be awarded to successful participants.

Class times are: 08h00 - 13h00 (Saturdays)

Proof of payment or Company promissory letter should be submitted to gain access to learner management system (Blackboard).

This is what you will need for this course:
-A laptop (or access to someone else’s laptop) with a built in webcam for the final test. You must have Wi-Fi connection on this laptop during the test.
