Entrance Requirements

Grade 12 or 2 years industry experience in the food and beverage industries.
Applicants from food packaging and agriculture industries are encouraged to apply.

This course will be offered online.

Course Intake

20-25 participants
Start Date: 15 June to 3 August 2025
Time: 08:00 - 13:00 Saturdays Online
Duration: 40 hours (8 weeks)
