Entrance Requirements
Grade 12 or 2 years industry experience in the food and beverage industries.
Applicants from food packaging and agriculture industries are encouraged to apply.
Recommendations
This course will be offered online.
Target Audience
This course is applicable to individuals involved in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of their organization's food safety management system. It is particularly valuable for team attendance, i.e more than one representative from an organization. The course takes a step by step approach to understanding the fundamentals and clauses contained in this all important international standard.
This course also provides clause by clause analysis of the ISO 22000:2018 standard.
Assessment and Certification
Participants will continuously be assessed by means of tests and/or assignments, etc.
A Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) Certificate of Competence will be awarded to successful participants.
