The aim of this course is to supply general managers with the skills and abilities to analyse the HR needs of a business and to manage and plan the HR function.Individuals whom are managing people on a daily basis

Core Syllabus:Demonstrate the ability to identify and analyse factors relevant to HR Management.
Illustrate the ability to perform job analysis.
Design a job description.
Demonstrate the ability for employing staff in a business.
Draw up a training, placement and induction programme.
Demonstrate the ability to design a HR management plan for a business.
Demonstrate the importance of Labour relations in respect of SMME.
