Student Representative Council (SRC)
The CPUT student body is represented on the various decision making structures at the university by a Central Student Representative Council (CSRC) and four Local Student Representative Councils. Local Representative Councils are situated on the Bellville, District Six, Mowbray and Wellington Campuses.The various Student Representative councils at the CPUT fall under Student Governance. In addition to the SRC, Student Governance activities include meeting skills, Leadership training for executive members of student clubs and societies as well as SRC training.
SRC Constitution
The various Student Representative Councils conduct, responsibilities and governance procedures are guided by the SRC constitution.
