CPUT welcomes all first years. A big part of the First Year Experience (FYE) is a series of videos and workshops that will address many of your concerns about starting your university studies and help put you on a path towards success.

We aim to make you feel part of the CPUT community and to make sure that your learning experience is a very positive one. The videos and workshops will build the basic skills you need for success at university. An important part of the FYE is workshops on a variety of topics to help you succeed with your studies. Please make the most of the opportunities that the FYE offers for learning and growing at CPUT.
