A planned cyclical process of reflexive engagements by staff and students designed to ensure sustained improvement of quality over time.

Staff and students formed into communities of practice, quality forums, quality desks and other quality engagement platforms will develop and reflect on higher education practice standards, quality assurance policies and guidelines, and all other associated quality instruments to create a deeper understanding of meaningful implementation and to find opportunities for solutions and innovation in order to stay agile and be relevant.
