Integrated with the development and implementation of relevant policies and processes, a cyclical and reflective quality assurance system must be established to evaluate and provide evidence of the extent to which institutions have put in place the measures needed to achieve i) the goals and purposes they have identified for themselves and ii) programmes that are able to deliver a set of learning experiences which will support students in attaining their qualifications.

The main goal will be to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of plans and processes toward the set objectives, to communicate findings to stakeholders, and to develop best-quality practices and processes.
