Remuneration and Benefits
The mandate of Remuneration and Benefits Office is to position the CPUT Remuneration and Benefits Offerings in order to attract and retain talent. The focus of the Remuneration and Benefits Office is to provide strategic advice to the University Management on how to best make use of the Total Rewards Elements for the benefit of both the University and the employees. It is critical that the Remuneration and Benefits offered by the University are attuned to meet the individual needs while ensuring affordability by the University. This office seeks to provide Remuneration and Benefits that are cost effective.
