Organisational Effectiveness and Change
We provide the following support:
- Design and collaborative implementation of the University’s Performance Leadership & Engagement strategy, policy, framework and processes thus facilitating a culture shift towards accountability and shared responsibility
- Provide a systematic, structured yet flexible change management methodology to support the University’s strategic vision and plans
- Prepare, equip and support people during change processes
- Work with colleagues in Human Capital, leaders, and teams across the University to facilitate the creation of an environment that is conducive to the attainment of the University’s vision
- Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to diagnose team dynamics and recommend frameworks and tools that enable a healthy culture
- Support and empower the institution through conducting research on best practices and by providing tools on measuring organisational effectiveness to continuously improve.
