The purpose of the Employee Relations department is to effectively facilitate a healthy and productive working relationship between CPUT management and its staff members. This is done through legislative compliance, facilitation of the adoption and implementation of policies and procedures in line with best practice and the management of the relationship between management and Organised labour accordingly.
