Archives Management
The Archives promotes knowledge and understanding of the origins, aims, programs, and goals of the university. It provides information services that will assist the operation of the university in addition to serving research and scholarship by making available and encouraging the use of its collection by members of the university and the community at large.
The main purpose of the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) Archives is to serve as the central, final repository and to support teaching and learning.
The CPUT Archives collection is currently curated between the years 1911 and 2021. More recent Archival material (CPUT) is still in the process of arrangement and description.
