NRF BTech Bursaries 2020

The National Research Foundation (NRF) in collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) and NSFAS are pleased to announce a call for Honours’ and Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech) bursaries in 2019.

Bursaries for the following funding categories are available:

  • NRF Freestanding; Innovation (including DST Priority Research Areas)
  • Scarce Skills Bursaries
  • NSFAS Pipeline
  • Students with Disability

NSFAS Postgraduate Scholarship Programme

Honours and BTech students are invited to apply for the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) scholarships tenable at CPUT.

  • This grant is exclusively for South African citizens.
  • The forms must be hand-delivered at the CPGS offices.
  • The assessment will be done by CPGS in line with other bursaries that are managed by CPGS.
  • NB: late and incomplete applications will not be considered.

Please note that only the courses listed here are applicable for funding.
