End of semester message

It is hard to believe that the institution is already preparing to wind down its first semester and that half the year has passed.

A new survey has revealed that prospective students find CPUT’s online application system to be user-friendly and are satisfied with the process.

Court Order

On Thursday 7 December 2017 Judge Hlophe granted the attached agreed order postponing the return day of 7 December 2017 in the matter of CPUT v Ayakha Magxothwa and 5 Others under case number C15789/17 sine die.

An online database, launched last year to assist CPUT students in the hunt for safe off-campus accommodation, has grown to include more than 700 beds.

Message on Financial Exclusions

As previously communicated with you, a meeting between student stakeholders and management took place on Friday and during that meeting the position of the University on financial exclusions was reaffirmed.

 

A decision has now been taken to resume normal institutional activities on Wednesday 18 October across all CPUT campuses.
