I get the message: “Qualification code – Qualification Name” Student currently prevented from registration. This combination of “Qualification code – Qualification Name/Offering Type/Block Code” is no longer available for registration via the iEnabler”.


You cannot register due to the Qualification Code/Block Code and Offering Type being inactivated for online registrations purposes


Action required by Student:
Step 1:  Verify that the Qualification Code and Offering Type has been identified for online Registrations the Online Registration booklet on the CPUT website (http://www.cput.ac.za/students/about/registration).

Step 2:  If so, then contact your Faculty (as per contact numbers listed in the Registration contact info FAQ) or, alternatively, report to the Registration point on campus. Refer to the Online Registration booklet on the CPUT website (http://www.cput.ac.za/students/about/registration).

STAFF SUPPORT:
Step 1: Faculty Office to verify the Qualification Code, Offering Type has been identified for online registrations – refer to Online Registration Booklet

Step 2: If yes, verify the “Allow iEnabler” indicator on SACAD-13b5.

Step 3: If the Allow iEnabler indicator is incorrect, request the MIS (HEMIS) department to update the Allow iEnabler indicator to YES on SACAD-13b5

Step 4: If it is correctly set to NO, then student must report to the Registration Point on campus
