The Department of Business & Information Administration is strategically situated at the CPUT’s District 6 campus, within walking distance of Cape Town’s central business district and city centre. It is just meters away from the world’s iconic Table Mountain, the seventh natural wonder of the world.
The department’s vision is to provide the global business world with multi-skilled knowledge workers. The strength of the programme lies in students' ability to successfully enter various fields in the global business environment. These fields include office management, finance, human resources, public relations, e-commerce, education and training, administrative (on-site or virtual), legal, tourism, medical, accounting, and government (local or national).
