On Thursday 7 December 2017 Judge Hlophe granted the attached agreed order postponing the return day of 7 December 2017 in the matter of CPUT v Ayakha Magxothwa and 5 Others under case number C15789/17 sine die.
The interim relief interdicts and restrains, inter alia, the unlawful conduct on all CPUT campuses, academic sites and residences, remains in place.
