This course is ideally suited for employees who are responsible for checking and testing of fabrics, including merchandisers, buyers, and technologists
Module 1 : Introduction to textile yarn evaluation

• Linear density
• Count
• Twist
• Regularity
• Strength
• Effect of moisture

Module 2: Introduction to fabrics and product evaluation

• Identification of their preparation system, woven, knitted, nonwoven Fabric mass per unit
• Construction and set
• Fabric strip, tear burst strength Abrasion resistance
• Pilling and snagging Seam strength Faults evaluated
• Analysis and meaning of results
Minimum 10 participants.
