The Smart Skills for Supervisors course is designed to equip individuals with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in a supervisory role. Whether you are a new supervisor looking to build a strong foundation or an experienced one aiming to enhance your leadership abilities, this course will provide you with the tools and strategies needed to thrive in a supervisory position.
The course includes a blend of theoretical knowledge, practical exercises, case studies, and interactive discussions to ensure a well-rounded learning experience.
- Continuous Assessment
- The pass mark is set at 50%.
This comprehensive course will provide supervisors with:
Supervisors will be better equipped to lead teams, communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, manage performance and drive success in their organisations.
