Middle management, Quality managers and Supervisors, SHEQ representatives and persons who have successfully completed the Quality Control and/or Assurance Techniques Courses.
The course comprises formal lectures, practical case studies and presentations

Module 4: Performing the Audit
Module 5: Remote and Virtual audits
Module 6: Root cause analysis
Module 7: Auditor competence and evaluation

To equip the delegates with the necessary knowledge to understand:
The purpose of internal audits
Audit principles and techniques
The planning and scheduling for internal audits
How to prepare audit documentation; checklists and reports
Audit execution or performing the actual audit.

 Have knowledge of auditing techniques to asses any Quality system
 Have knowledge to apply effective auditing principles and skills
