This course is applicable to all industries in both manufacturing and service delivery. Persons who are directly responsible for the establishment and the maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System. This includes quality managers, quality inspectors, quality control personnel, quality assurance personnel, laboratory technicians, supervisors and team leaders.

Live Online classes
WhatsApp & live Online Tutor support
Learner Management System- Blackboard
This is what you will need for this course:
-A laptop (or access to someone else’s laptop) with a built in webcam for the final test. You must have Wi-Fi connection on this laptop during the test.
-A smartphone
Participants will continuously be assessed by means of tests and/or assignments, etc. A Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) Certificate of Competence will be awarded to successful participants.
On successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
Understand the need for a Quality Management System in a service and manufacturing company.
Be able to identify and analyze risks.
Understand the purpose of each of the Quality Management System elements.
Be able to compile procedures and work instructions.
Be able to recognize measuring techniques to analyze the Quality Management System.
