Business and Information Administration

The Department of Business & Information Administration is strategically situated at the CPUT’s District 6 campus within walking distance of the city of Cape Town’s central business district and city centre, just meters away from the world’s iconic Table Mountain, the 7th natural wonder of the world.

The department’s vision is to provide the global business world with multi-skilled knowledge workers. The strength of the programme lies in the ability of students to enter successfully into a variety of fields in the global business environment. These fields include office management, finance, human resources, public relations, e-commerce, education, and training, administrative (on-site or virtual), legal, tourism, medical, accounting, and government (local or national).
