    CPUT Chancellor Prof Brian Figaji Figaji served as Vice-Chancellor of Peninsula Technikon from 1995 to 2004, guiding the university before its merger into the newly formed CPUT in 2005. He shares personal reflections and milestones from his journey and a few memorable moments,  including the late Nelson Mandela’s visit to the institution in 1993.
