The HDC process has gone digital since January 2014 where all PG students submitting the HDC 1.1 form (Registration of Topic) had to do it online as well as in hard copy.
With this digital process, a student can monitor all stages of the HDC approval process on one screen template. It will be possible for all who have access to see the progress.
The system also generates an agenda and minutes as the approval process in ongoing.
Students will be required to activate their accounts once at registration to allow for the HoDs to see the class list in their departments.
