Cape Peninsula University of Technology  (The Tipsy Inyanga)

The tipsy Inyanga is an African take on a Belgian Witbier. It has a citrus aroma with a licorice palate that lingers on the mouth with a crisp buchu finish. It is made with buchu, sweetroot, naartjie zest spices, oats, wheat, malted barley and yeast.
