Persons who are directly responsible for the establishment and the maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System. This includes quality managers, quality inspectors, quality control personnel, quality assurance personnel, laboratory technicians, supervisors and team leaders.

Module 7: Performance Evaluations
Module 8: Improvement
Participants will continuously be assessed by means of tests and/or ssignments, etc. A Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) Certificate of Competence will be awarded to successful participants. The course content is benchmarked against level 5 of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
On successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
Understand the need for a Quality Management System in a service and manufacturing company.
Be able to identify and analyze risks.
Understand the purpose of each of the Quality Management System elements.
Be able to compile procedures and work instructions.
Be able to recognize measuring techniques to analyze the Quality Management System.
