Vice-Chancellor Professor Vuyisa Mazwi-Tanga was recently invited to serve on the Institutional Review Panel of the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC). The HSRC is one of South Africas statutory research agencies. Its key function is to promote and conduct research that generates critical and independent knowledge relative to all aspects of human and social development. |

CPUTs Bellville campus auditorium was abuzz with excitement as the Department of Student Affairs (DSA) played host to the first Sports Indaba that was held on 14 August 2010. The premiere full-day event was organised by Office of the DSAs with the support of the Sports Development Officers. The Indaba which means a gathering of minds to discuss an important topic in the Nguni languages was an event that delivered upon its expectations, as a name suggests. |
